Jayden was born in Launceston, Tasmania, where he grew up participating in a wide variety of sports including; athletics, soccer, basketball, Australian football, cricket, swimming, and rowing. He took up breakdancing at the age of 12 as a hobby. His interest in the art grew as he became more confident with performances. By fifteen he was teaching kids and began expanding his dance vocabulary, incorporating the styles of popping and hip-hop to his repertoire. He moved to Melbourne, Victoria to study criminology and psychology after high school. It was here, in Melbourne that his dancing career took off, and he has since performed at the Australian Open, NBL and Colour Run Festival. He also performed alongside well-known artists such as Taylor Henderson, Jessica Mouboy and Sheppard. Aside from dancing, Jayden also trains in calisthenics, tumbling and martial arts. He is also studying acting and one day hopes to build a career on screen. Currently he is the lead dancer at Aussie Heat in Las Vegas.
When he’s back in Australia, Jayden often goes to his grandparents’ shack where he spends his time wake boarding and jet skiing with his younger brother. He also loves catching up with mates and is always down to party!
